The UK Government ramps up preparations for the end of the Brexit Transition Period.
For those of you who are impacted by the Medicines regulations in Northern Ireland, you will be interested to know of the announcement made by the UK Government yesterday, 5 November 2020. The Ireland/Northern Ireland Specialised Committee agreed that an approach had been reached on a phased process for implementing medicines regulation in Northern Ireland up to 31 December 2021. This provides the additional time needed for businesses to prepare in relation to batch testing, importation and Falsified Medicines Directive requirements.
