NOVUS Trust

NOVUS is a not-for-profit organisation operating under the umbrella of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK (CILT (UK)). NOVUS is a partnership between major companies across a wide range of business sectors and universities that recognise the need to reinvent the way in which the supply chain profession finds and prepares its future leaders.


The Armed Forces

Here in the UK, an integral part of ‘our people’ is our service leavers, reservists, service spouses and partners.

Kuehne + Nagel is a defence and armed forces-friendly organisation, recognising the benefits of employing defence and armed forces personnel and we value what they can bring to the Company. We also recognise the support that we as an organisation need to provide in return.

In 2017 we signed the Armed Forces Covenant and became a Gold Award holder which demonstrates our continued commitment and support to the Armed Forces and the Defence communities.


SR Education

SR education is a high quality private training provider founded in 2009. They specialise in Apprenticeship training for a diverse range of business services including management, business administration, digital marketing, customer services and IT.

SR Education work in partnership with Kuehne + Nagel to deliver our apprenticeship programmes providing internal development for our current colleagues as well as a pathway for new talent to join our business.


Business on the Move

We’re really proud to be platinum sponsors of Business on the Move. Thought up by two ex-teachers it is an educational board game designed to excite and inspire players of all ages about business and global supply chains.

It is unique in the way that sponsors (Including Kuehne + Nagel) feature in the game as themselves, making playing more realistic and enjoyable.


BIFA

Kuehne + Nagel UK have worked in partnership with BIFA and its members over the  past two years to develop and launch the new International Freight Forwarding Apprenticeship standard.

We’re extremely proud of this achievement and work now continues to promote freight forwarding as a career option to the next generation of talent.
