Mark Johnson - National Customs and Trade Compliance Director
My role includes leading the preparation for Brexit within Kuehne + Nagel, covering Customers, Technology and People to ensure a smooth transition. I have worked in the logistics industry for over 40 years and been with Kuehne + Nagel for over 16.
We are in a front and centre position with the UK Government, being only one of two logistics providers sitting on the UK’s Government Cross Border Logistics Delivery working group to ensure we are prepared at all times.
Layla Locke-Hart - National Key Account Manager
During my 4 years of service with Kuehne + Nagel I have worked on global, multi-modal accounts delivering end to end supply chain solutions. I have extensive experience working across multiple industry verticals including pharmaceutical and retail.
As part of the UK Brexit Management Team, my focus is to support our customers on a range of topics such as customs brokerage solutions, Brexit contingency planning and RFP responses.

Flo Saulnier - Strategic Business support
My role is to support several strategic projects, with a clear focus on Brexit contingency planning and customer engagement.
I have been with Kuehne + Nagel for over 10 years, across 4 countries with different focuses such as freight forwarding operations, operational management, commercial development, and strategic leadership roles.
Hayley Airlie - Intra European, East Med and North Africa Trade Manager
I have been working for Kuehne + Nagel for over 3 years, within the Seafreight Trade Team. I am currently the Intra European Trade Manager for the Seafreight Business Unit and have over 10 years’ experience in Logistics.
Mark Stokes - Overland Process Manager
I have been working with Kuehne + Nagel since 2005, I joined the company as a Transport Planning Supervisor but had various roles within Overland covering process management, product development and customer implementations.
Since 2017 I have been a member of the Overland Senior Management Team, I currently manage the Overland central team responsible for network governance, overland systems, sales campaigns and customer implementations.
Gareth Prosser - UK Airfreight Import Operations Manager
I have held various roles within the company within the 15 years I have worked here and I have nearly 20 years experience within the Logistics Industry.
As part of the UK Brexit Management Team my focus is to ensure all potential risks and solutions have been explored, ensuring we are prepared at all times. A key part of my role within the team is close collaboration across the business to ensure aligned customer and colleague support.
